Overview Description

This ONE DAY course is to give a basic understanding of the requirements for the aerospace Standard AS 9100 Rev C that is in addition to the ISO 9001 Standard. Knowledge will be gained through the use of a PowerPoint presentation and discussion of the AS 9100 Standard. The course will be very useful for decision makers who are looking to expand their business into the aerospace market, through to ISO 9001 trained internal auditors who need to start auditing to the AS 9100 Standard.

An introduction to the subject is given through a series of presentations and discussions. Interaction between delegate and tutor is encouraged through out the day to discuss various aspects of the Aerospace Standard. It is anticipated that the delegate will have some knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 otherwise it is recommended they take the introduction to ISO 9001:2008 course first. Reference information will be available to keep which will include a ring binder with course material and handouts. All delegates will be awarded a certificate verifying completion of the course.
